Clever Crow Herbs & Spices
Clever Crow Sea Salt is owned and operated by two chefs who fell in love with the idea of farming in Black Creek, BC. They grow herbs, spices, and vegetables on their five-acre farm, and began harvesting sea salt from the nearby coastline a few years ago. The clean coastal waters of Vancouver Island make ideal conditions for the big, flaky sea salt, which is then flavoured naturally to provide variety. The line of herb and spice blends that Clever Crow creates are made in small batches to ensure absolute freshness! They start with whole spices and grind them onsite. Most of the herbs are grown organically on their farm, and all products are preservative and gluten free.
